2. The Main Event: Your Dolphin Swim
- Suitable for All Ages!
- You will enter a large, dedicated swimming pool where our professional trainers will introduce you to the dolphins.
- Small Groups: To maximize your time and interaction, one dolphin is typically assigned to every 2-3 guests.
- Interaction: Swim alongside them, safely touch them, and even get a famous dolphin kiss! All activities are supervised under the safe guidance of an expert trainer.
- Duration Options: You can choose your preferred experience: a 15-Minute Session or a 30-Minute Extended Session.

The session takes place in a specialized dolphin pool (captivity) at Dolphina Park in Nabq Bay or Hadada area, not in the open sea. This is a controlled, safe environment with professional trainers.
No. You do not need to be a professional swimmer. Life jackets are mandatory and provided for everyone. However, you should be comfortable in the water. If you are a complete non-swimmer or very nervous, let the trainer know immediately; they are trained to assist.
15 Minutes: A quick introduction. You will likely get to touch, kiss, and hug the dolphin, plus a short swim/ride (holding the dorsal fin). 30 Minutes: More intimate interaction. You get more time to play, dance, and swim with the dolphin. The group size per dolphin is often smaller, allowing for more personal time.
Generally, children under 3 years old are NOT allowed to swim with the dolphins. Children aged 3–12 usually must be accompanied in the water by a paying adult.
Strictly No. For safety reasons, pregnant women are not permitted to swim with dolphins.
No. You must remove all jewelry (rings, earrings, necklaces, watches, bracelets) and piercings before entering the pool. This is to prevent injuring the dolphins' delicate skin.
No. You must shower before entering the pool to remove all sun creams, oils, and perfumes, as these chemicals can harm the dolphins and their water filtration system.
Yes. Friends or family can join the transfer and watch you from the spectator area, but there is usually a spectator fee ($10 ) to enter the park. They cannot stand directly at the pool edge unless they have paid to swim.
Generally, No. You cannot take a waterproof camera or phone into the water with you. From the sidelines: Spectators might be allowed to take photos from a distance, but the facility usually has strict rules to push you to buy their professional photography. Professional Photos: The center has a photographer who will take high-quality photos and videos of your swim, which are available for purchase afterward. Be prepared: these can be expensive.
While the swim itself is 15 or 30 minutes, the total trip duration (including hotel pickup, transfer to Nabq, preparation/briefing, and return) is approximately 2 hours.
Passport: A copy (or photo on your phone) is often required for booking/entry. Swimwear: Wear it under your clothes to save time. Towel: The center does not usually provide towels free of charge. Warm clothes: If you are swimming in winter (Dec–Feb), bring a hoodie for after the swim, as it can be windy in Nabq.
