Excursion Itinerary

1. Early Morning Hotel Pick-up & Flight to Luxor

• Pick-up Time: Approximately 4:00 AM (The exact time depends on your hotel's location).

• You will be transferred directly from your hotel to Sharm El Sheikh International Airport.

• Our dedicated representative will assist you with the departure procedures and guide you to your flight to Luxor.

2. The Colossi of Memnon (West Bank)

• Upon arrival in Luxor, you'll be greeted by your expert Egyptologist guide.

• Your first stop on the West Bank of the Nile (ancient Thebes) will be a photo opportunity at the Colossi of Memnon.

• These two colossal, seated statues of Pharaoh Amenhotep III once guarded the entrance to his massive mortuary temple, which has largely vanished. Despite being weathered, they remain a dramatic gateway to the necropolis.

3. The Valley of the Kings

• Next, you will be taken to the Valley of the Kings, the ultimate royal necropolis of the New Kingdom era.

• This site comprises the East and West Valleys, holding nearly 65 known tombs and chambers intended for the burial of Egypt's major Pharaohs.

• Your ticket includes entry into three (3) royal tombs.

• Note: Entry into the tombs of Tutankhamun or Ramses VI requires an additional, separately purchased ticket.

4. Mortuary Temple of Queen Hatshepsut

• Continue to the magnificent Mortuary Temple of Hatshepsut at Deir el-Bahari.

• Dedicated to the goddess Hathor and the god Amun, this temple is a masterpiece of Ancient Egyptian design, renowned for its imposing location against the cliffs.

• Queen Hatshepsut, the fifth pharaoh of the Eighteenth Dynasty and daughter of Thutmose I, was one of the most successful female rulers in history, famous for establishing early international trade networks.

5. Lunch

• Recharge with a delicious set-menu lunch at a high-quality local 4-star restaurant in Luxor.

6. Karnak Temple Complex (East Bank)

• Cross over to the East Bank to explore the Karnak Temple Complex, the largest religious structure ever built by man.

• The complex was primarily dedicated to the Theban Triad: the supreme god Amun-Ra, his wife Mut, and their son Khonsu.

• Over 30 successive pharaohs added their touch to this immense site, covering an area of nearly a mile by two miles.

• Marvel at the Great Hypostyle Hall, one of the world's greatest architectural achievements, featuring a spectacular "forest" of giant, papyrus-shaped columns.

7. Optional: Nile Felucca Ride to Banana Island

• You will have the option to take a relaxing Felucca (traditional sailboat) ride on the majestic Nile River.

• This optional excursion sails to Banana Island, allowing you to observe the tranquil Upper Egyptian countryside, its islands, and a vast collection of banana plantations.

8. Shopping and Return to Sharm El Sheikh

• Before heading to the airport, you will have time for souvenir shopping for valuable Egyptian gifts.

• You will then be transferred to Luxor International Airport for your return flight to Sharm El Sheikh.

• Upon arrival in Sharm, our representative will meet you and ensure your comfortable transfer back to your hotel.
